On December 1, 2022, the State Administration of Market Supervision and the State Standardization Administration Committee issued the mandatory national standard GB 811-2022 \"Helmets for Motorcycles and Electric Bicycles\". The standard is formulated by the General Administration of Market Supervision in conjunction with the Ministry of Public Security and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and organized by the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Road Traffic Management and relevant technical institutions. The new version of the national standard has been implemented since July 1, 2023, completely replacing GB 811-2010 Motorcycle Helmets.
On April 28, 2023, NBTC Thailand issued the licensing standard and technical standard NBTC TS 1039-2566 for the usage frequency 5.925-6.425GHz. The standard sets out the test reporting requirements and test terms required to apply for NBTC certification, effective April 29, 2023.

On April 18th, 2023, the European Commission officially issued the new regulation (EU) 2023/826 on standby power consumption of ErP(Energy-Related Products) to reduce the energy consumption of electrical equipment in \"off\" or \"standby\" mode. At the same time, the ecological design directive (EC) No.1275/2008 for household and office electrical and electronic equipment and the ecological design directive (EC) No.107/2009 for simple set-top boxes were abolished. The new directive came into effect on May 9, 2023 and will be enforced on May 9, 2025.
On May 8, 2023, the European Commission published the amendment (EU) 2023/923 in its official gazette, in order to revise the restrictions on lead and lead compounds in Article 63 of Appendix XVII of REACH Regulation (EC) No.1907/2006, and to increase the restrictions on lead in polyvinyl chloride (PVC). The amendment will take effect on the 20th day after the official announcement.
